Global 3 inch Hot Drop Forged Peeler

Description

This Global 3 inch forged peeler has a straight edge that’s forged for the best cutting edge due to the construction process. This Global knife’s edge is more dense and can stay sharp for longer than a stamped knife. Global calls this knife a peeler, but it’s a top quality paring knife that should be in your block.
