Description

Vollrath CBGHD-36 36″ Countertop Gas Heavy-Duty Charbroiler – 120,000 BTU

Vollrath gas charbroilers are designed for outstanding durability, from their welded stainless steel construction to their powerful stainless steel radiants. And you’ll appreciate the versatility you get with reversible grill plates — a narrow side with fat-draining channels, and a flat, wide surface for delicate items like fish. Angled adapter bars allow plate adjustment for slower cooking, fewer grease flare-ups, and food that’s grilled to perfection.
