The True TUC-60-32-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator offers adjustable temperatures ranging from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit through its electronic controller, providing precise control. The digital display on the refrigerator allows convenient monitoring of the current temperatures. The 16-gauge countertop seamlessly aligns with the front of the 20-gauge doors, creating a cohesive and streamlined appearance. Built for heavy use, the exterior features stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and back, while high-density polyurethane foam solidly insulates the cabinet structure and doors.
Internally, the True TUC-60-32-HC~SPEC1 is designed for durability and corrosion resistance, with a coved stainless steel floor and stainless steel covering the rest of the interior. Shelves contribute to interior organization, and the inclusion of four shelf clips per shelf allows for easy adjustments on 1⁄2-inch increments. The cabinet interior matches the material of the shelf support pilasters for consistency. Stability is provided by locks on the front set of the 5-inch-diameter stem castors.
To prevent the condensing coil from being overworked, the condenser’s fan motor initiates a 20-second reverse operation each time it starts up. This effectively removes dust or dirt that may have accumulated on the coil, optimizing performance. While this self-cleaning mechanism enhances efficiency and extends the unit’s lifespan, it is recommended to complement it with routine preventive maintenance for optimal results.
