Symbiota’s one-way airlock fermentation lids are ideally suited to mason jars and are secured with a metal/stainless steel ring (sold separately).
This one-way airlock lid allows for carbon dioxide to escape while inhibiting oxygen from entering. This creates the ideal environment for fermentation, especially quick ferments such as vege mixes.
