Step into a creative and delicious experience where bread becomes your festive canvas. Using 150-year-old sourdough starter, you’ll be guided through the process of transforming a fluffy, unbaked focaccia into an edible work of art. With vibrant, seasonal vegetables sourced from local farms, each participant creates a one-of-a-kind masterpiece of flavor and self-expression.
Led by Charlie Holiday, founder of The Wild Knead, this interactive workshop blends artistry with tradition. You’ll get hands-on to design your own focaccia art, learn the fundamentals of sourdough focaccia baking from scratch, go home with your edible canvas, and have the opportunity to go home with some of Charlie’s 150 year old starter to start your own baking journey!
Come ready to play, create, and taste the magic of turning bread into art.
