This Cres Cor® Carving Station has two 250 Watt infrared lamps which keep foods hot and juicy. This station has a temperature controlled base, which reaches up to 170°F. The sides remain cool to the touch during use. A recessed base catches drippings, and a cutting board rests securely on the base.
