Coldmaster® CoolCheck pans eliminate the need for ice and also eliminate the waste of unsafe foods. These pans are easy to use, just put in the freezer overnight to charge it (for a minimum of 8 hours). It will turn blue when it's ready to use. When the color changes to white, you know the foods may be at an unsafe serving temperature. This pan is FDA approved and NSF Listed so that you can be sure you are serving salads, desserts, lunch meat, or fruit safely. Cleans up easily in the dishwasher.
